Quinta da Lapa is part of the Tagus (Tejo) wine cultivation region, where wine, culture and history run together since the times of the roman province of Lusitania. The estate has existed for over 300 years and possesses 27 hectares of planted vines, divided into parcels of between 6 and 15 years of age.
The profile of Quinta da Lapa wines possesses a deep, mineral tempo, managing to combine excellent phenolic ripeness with great freshness, an effect usually only achievable at high-altitude wineries.
